Follow the steps below to secure FaBLOOMosity as your floral vendor for your wedding date.
Before We Meet.
We know that not everyone speaks the language of flowers, but that is what our designers are for! Because we are creating a custom design just for you, there are certain things that you need to know before we meet so that your Designer can create the perfect pieces, just for you!
Are you looking for something modern, luxe and contemporary? Or maybe you prefer something more classic, a timeless elegance? Do you like tall or short centrepieces? Do you have all one type of table or are you mixing your layout? If you dream it, our designers can create it. The more information you can provide about who or where you may need florals, what the bridal party is wearing, the ambiance you are trying to create, the number of guests in attendance, linen/chair and other decor choices, etc… the better. All of these factor into creating the most perfect designs for your special day.

The Design Process.
Once your submission form is received, a FaBLOOMosity Floral Artist will be paired with you based on the details provided, and will be in touch to either provide an initial quote range if enough detail is provided, or to follow up with any further questions necessary to complete the design. If comfortable with the initial information sent by your designer, a one hour formal consultation will be booked to discuss all of your floral needs in greater detail to finalize your design and quote and provide any necessary sketches. Once this process is completed and designs are approved, a formal contract will be sent along for signing and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to complete your booking.
The Investment.
At FaBLOOMosity we believe that florals are an essential part of the decor at any wedding.
There is a tremendous amount of labour behind the scenes that goes into each custom designed wedding. Your Floral Artists have hours of creative design, planning and preparation, client contact and contract changes, have to source high quality blooms from Local and Worldwide farms (Holland, South America, South Africa, etc….) all before the wedding even takes place. Within a few days of the event, the flowers themselves actually arrive from the growers, and there are then hours of processing and rehydrating all blooms properly by hand, removing foliages and damaged petals, adding the right quantities needed for proper hydration etc…. all to ensure that each bloom is at the highest quality for your wedding. After everything is hydrated, there are now hours of work separating blooms, hand wiring elements, building intricate designs that also need to look effortlessly created until every piece of your wedding is perfect. This all leads up to the wedding itself when your gorgeous florals are delivered, installations are created, and every accent is double checked before you or your guests ever enter the room.

When planning a wedding, it is important to keep in mind just how impactful flowers can be for your decor. Industry experts suggest allocating a minimum of 10-15% of your wedding budget for florals alone. To assist in your initial planning, FaBLOOMosity has provided some pricing guidelines below so that you have an idea of what to expect when you receive your initial quote.
***Please note that these are typical price averages per piece, and do vary greatly based on floral and foliage varieties, overall scale of design and stylistic preferences (your custom designed wedding florals may fall outside of these ranges because of this).***

Bridal Bouquet- $350-$500
Bridesmaids Bouquet- $125-$175
Boutonniere- $25-$30
Corsage- $40-$50
Flower Crown- $65-$150
Ceremony Arrangement- $200 +
Pew Markers- $50 +
Archway Florals- $500 +
Florals for Signage- $100 +
Cocktail Arrangement- $40 +
Short Centrepiece- $75-$200 +
Tall Centrepiece- $250-$600+
Garland (foliage only)- $20-$40/foot
Garland (with florals)-$30-$60/foot +
The Services:
Delivery (within Edmonton)- starts at $100 per location
Delivery (surrounding areas)- starts at $150 per location
Set-up- starts at $150 per location
Tear-Down- quote available on request
Rental Pick Up- quote available on request
***Please note that Destination Weddings (Calgary, Banff, Jasper, Emerald Lake etc….) have additional travel and accommodation associated fees that will be determined on a per wedding basis.
